Many of our clients are retired and are new to the area. The OBL Directory is very nice to hand out to these people as it serves as a credibility tool not only to us, but to all inside. I ask customers to use this directory first. If any unethical business occurs from us or from others they may have called on, I suggest them to call me and the OBL board to expose the situation.
